Hello folks,
I have been told that there is some confusion as to what copyright should go on tags/siggies etc, when using my tubes. So I want to make it more clear.
You do not have to change old tags/siggies, etc, just use this copyright on anything new from this day forward. Everything else will remain the same...

You may use my Posers to make tags, snags, siggies, websets, and stationary.
You may add glitters, sparkles, twinkles, and just about anything, so long as the image is fully recognizable and does not take away from the main image.
You may not claim them as your own. You may not sell them or make any profit from them. You may not add them to your site without my permission and you may not add them to any collection on the internet.
You may not redistribute them in any website and you may not share them in a share group.
Please send your friends here to BritsyNin if they would like to use my tubes.
You may not add them to any website where you have to pay for membership.
You may not hack them up and add parts to other images.
You may not use my tubes on pornographic sites or alter them to be pornographic.
Please add my copyright on each
item you make, including websets.
I cannot make changes to the tubes. Sorry.
So long as people respect my terms and abide by them, these tubes will remain free to use.
If I feel my TOU is being abused, I retain the right to pull any and all of my tubes and they will be deemed no longer usable by anyone. It is just a small and resonable request. ;)

Now a note for everyone:
TW has graciously added a few of my new tubes/pngs sets for me. YAY!.
The external runtime that has all my Poser runtimes, Poser tubes/pngs and even my family photos, has decided to take a dump. I have been struggling to get everything transferred to my new external hard drive (3 TBs of storage space, woot!) The bad HD goes in and out, so I have to keep fiddling with it so my comuter can access it and when it does, I use every moment to transfer stuff. Luckily, it has stayed on for 2 days straight and I am transferring over 400 GBs of stuff (including photos). I also have many of my other programs (installers, etc) on the bad HD, so I will try and get those transferred too.It is taking forever because I have to do one folder at a time. I tried doing everything at once and it wouldn't let me. My priority is my photos (which is done) then my Poser runtimes (1/2 done) and my tubes (not done yet). So hopefully once I get everything transferred (IF it does), I can get more tubes/pngs out for you. Especially since TW is helping me get them up for you all. I upload them to the storage site, then he posts them in my gallery of tubes/pngs. He's been so much help to me. (Thanks again TW).

I have added several new pngs/tubes. Mostly in the fairy genre. I have loads more but I am busy with the Holidays and now with my poor kitty who was badly injured outdoors and we don't know how or who caused it. He is on the mend but he requires alot of my time. I have been in my room for the last 11 days, helping him, hand feeding him and hand watering him (you know what what I mean...) and giving him most of my time. He has to be kept quiet so he is in my room away from other people and the other cats. I dont know how long it will be but the vet says at least a month. And it has been 11 days. I feel so bad for him because he has been in alot of pain. He is getting better though and has more good days than not. So that is good. Just time consuming. I hand fed him since he was about 2 weeks old. He is now 13 months.
I hope to get back to "normal" after the 1st of the year, God willing.
I am trying to come up with some tubes for the Christmas give away. Fingers crossed.

I will be adding other pngs/tubes soon and I plan to be adding them into their subfolders so they will be easier to find, I hope. In their own categories.

Hey Rosie, I went to your blogspot and the page keeps freezing on me. I have to shut it down everytime I go on there.
Anyways, I dont know what happened and why you are getting the errors. I didnt move my tubes, BN management did. I still have most of my tubes, but they are on disks somewhere.LOL. I have so many of them, it may be impossible to locate the marilyn Monoe ones. Sorry. If I do find them, I will post them.
Perhaps when they moved my tubes from the old site, they didn't move over correctly. Honestly I have no idea. I'll try to post some myself (I never learned how yet, my fault though) Hopefully those will download fine.
Anyway can let me know if the ones I upload here myself have a problem....

I am so sorry. I havent been able to sign in for ages. I dont know what is wrong, but I have sent mary (CountryAngel) a PM so maybe I can get a new password or something. I feel so bad that I havent gotten any new tubes in for you all. I have them, I promise. Time has just got away from me is all, plus I took a 2400 mile trip for the birth of my newest grandbaby. A boy named Anntony (Tony for short).
I also got a new computer I had to set up and still trying to get used to. And I now installed poser pro 2010 and have most of it set up. I am missing alot of stuff, but it is coming along. I hadnt made any new tubes in awhile but now I can get working on them again. Whew.
